Our office is made up of the most suitably equipped, experienced staff available to ensure every facet of the service runs as smoothly as possible. Just like our care staff, Visiting Angelz office staff have vast experience in what they do in order to help organise the home care you deserve to receive.
Our office staff includes people of all different work backgrounds and skill sets pertaining to their individual roles. We are available to speak in our office 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outwith these hours all our care staff and service users are given an out of hours on-call number to contact, which is manned by our senior office staff on a scheduled basis.
Our shift co-coordinators work from our office to ensure that the services our service users are receiving are suitable when it comes to when they take place and with which care & support workers from our team. They liaison with our service users and staff to use an expert online rostering system to make sure everyone is content with the timing of their services.

Our management are also based out of our Visiting Angelz office and are available for a chat whenever you may find it necessary. Their experience in the care and healthcare sector is paramount to the leadership needed to maintain the quality service that our service users deserve.
Prior to beginning a service with us, one of our experience, understanding managers will come out to your home to sit and fill out one of our acclaimed, in depth, complex care plans to ensure the care plan put into place for you or your loved one encompasses every factor in your life and of your health and happiness.
